How do you deal with people asking for your translation service (never happen to me once for the interpretation services) without paying you or paid you a little from what they have promised?

Here are some ways we deal with those fraud makers:
1. Report to the translation association as the alert.
2. Report to those online sites of reporting scams and frauds.
3. Publish our work as the samples of translation, since most of our paid translation done were disclosed.
4. Alert our translation partners for those cheaters.

Well, fair enough, right?
Usually, when we ask them to pay up or we will seek for the legal action, which at time it was true, depending on how serious we are and how much we wanna get from them.
They will usually start to raise their voice to freak us out, and most of time, with the same phases of sentences:
"Sue me la if you wantI You think I am afraid ah~ Stop calling us to pay!"
C'mon, don't they have something new?
Ashamed on them!!
