What’s wrong with:
“Shall I forward your message to the person-in-charge?”
Is it a must to use the so-called ‘BIG’ words?
“Shall I revert your message to the PIC?”
What is the meaning of translation, actually?

The text to be translated is called the source text, and the language that it is to be translated into is called the target language; the final product is sometimes called the target text.
Oh I see... Well, it simply means to convey the same message (and not word-to-word) from the source language to a target language in a communicative and comprehensive way, and s'il vous plaît, not in alienated sound-familiar language or does it say about any bombastic words.
Shall we call for copy writing? …with different charges as the advertising companies.
