Many want to be a translator or even an interpreter, somehow they are kind of lack of skills even though they graduated from translation faculties.

Why did I say that? Because the work they done, we (Yeah, not just me, but others as well) must admit we could beary understand the pieces (Again! Not just once, but many times we have encounted) of works they have done.

How to solve the problem, then?
We cannot just complain, can we huh?
1. We fix/correct the spelling mistake, syntax in the context used, the grammatical errors, etc.
2. They have to accept comments and improve their short-comings (without showing faces?).
3. Be remorseful of what impact they could have done to the company such pieces of works were published, without passing through the proofreaders.
4. Put more effort on punctuation, vacabulary, grammar and context.
5. Learn, learn and learn again.

Ah~ I need my seniors!
